Before you cancel: three checks
- Where did you pay? On the app’s website (card or PayPal), or through the App Store / Google Play? This decides where you cancel. Your receipt email tells you.
- When is the renewal? Cancel at least 24 hours before. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Do you have unused credits? Tokens and coins are usually lost when the subscription ends. Use them first.
Cancelling app by app
The menus change from time to time; these are the paths each app’s help pages and settings point to. We re-check them at every paid test.

If you cannot find the option, email the support address listed in the app’s terms with the subject “Cancel my subscription” and your account email. Ask for written confirmation.
Cancelling through the App Store (iPhone)
- Open Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select the app and tap Cancel Subscription.
Cancelling through Google Play (Android)
- Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Select the app and tap Cancel subscription.
After cancelling
- Keep the confirmation (email or screenshot) until the next billing date has passed.
- Check your next statement. Users have reported charges after cancelling on some apps, notably FantasyGF. If it happens, contact support first, then your card issuer.

Questions people ask
How do I cancel my Candy AI subscription?
Log in, open My Profile, then Settings, and click Unsubscribe next to your plan. Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and unused tokens expire then, so use them first. Cancelling does not refund you: to get a refund, email support@candymail.ai within 24 hours of the payment.
Does deleting the app cancel the subscription?
No. Deleting the app from your phone does not stop billing. Cancel in the app's settings, or in the App Store or Google Play if you paid there.
Can I get a refund after cancelling?
Usually not. Most AI girlfriend apps do not publish a refund policy, and cancelling only stops the next renewal. If you were charged after cancelling, contact support with your confirmation, then your bank if it is not resolved.
I was charged after I cancelled. What do I do?
Find your cancellation confirmation, email the app's support with the date and amount, and ask for a refund. If they do not answer within a reasonable time, dispute the charge with your card issuer.
Should I delete my account too?
If you are leaving for good, yes. Cancelling stops payments; deleting removes your chats and images. Cancel first, then delete.
